What: Celebrate year-round during our FREE street and riverfront festivals in Downtown Hopewell! Our festivals feature something for everyone: live bands, craft beverages from Dancing Kilt Brewery and Haleys Honey Meadery, food trucks, kid’s activities, vendors, and community organizations. These events are one strategy for achieving our nonprofit mission “to build a healthy, vibrant and more prosperous central downtown district with the Hopewell community.”
Where: 200 Block of E Broadway & Library Street. Navigate to the Appomattox Regional Library (209 E Cawson St). Free parking is available on the surrounding streets and in the adjacent lot. OR City Park for riverfront events (245 Appomattox St).
Why: We create a welcoming, block-party-style atmosphere to demonstrate that Downtown is everyone’s place – to make memories, network, meet new friends, and let community pride shine. Come see for yourself how our festivals make life in Hopewell extra local and extra special – for children and adults of all ages. Dogs are welcome on leashes.
