Full Rehabs

The Hopewell Downtown Partnership has worked to procure over $1,000,000 in grant funds to revitalize the downtown district. Part of those funds went to rehabbing the historic buildings of our Downtown district in order to improve aesthetics and functionality. We formed partnerships with our downtown business and property owners to help them improve their buildings. Below, you will find more information on each of these full building rehabs.
