Absolutely outstanding massage therapist!  Valerie Monroe has the right massage techniques and approaches to health and stress reduction.  I am from Hawaii and grew up understanding that massages are essential to good health and blood circulation.  Hands down, Valerie Monroe is the BEST massage therapist on this side of the Mainland.  I have seen Monroe for years now and followed her from Crystal Spa & Nails to her own business at Good Karma! Her new place in Hopewell is very calm and serene. I am in awe by her healing hands, her ability to find the tension spots and adjust pressure as she massages.  I always leave feeling relaxed and better than I walked in.  AND YES, I look forward to my appointments whenever I am in town.  Thank you!

Valerie has hands send from heaven. I look forward to every single session. She takes the time to work on problem areas and ensure that you get out of there feeling like a million bucks.
